April 6, 2016, Presentation: Peter Atwater

On Wednesday, April 6, at Richmond's Westin Hotel, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm, we welcomed Peter Atwater, founder of Financial Insyghts, to discuss how changes in confidence affect our preferences, decisions and actions. He is the author of the book Moods and Markets (FT Press, 2012) which details how investors can improve returns by using non-market indicators of confidence. Atwater is a regular contributor to Minyanville.com and has written articles for the World Policy Institute. His research on confidence has been mentioned in The Financial Times, Reuters and Time Magazine. Atwater has also been a commentator on television, appearing on CNBC and Fox Business News. The event was free to members and $25 to non-members.
