On Wednesday, May 16, at the Westwood Club, CFA Society Virginia welcomed Charles Brandes, founder of Brandes Investment Partners, which manages equities and fixed income based on the Graham-and-Dodd value investment tenets. Brandes spoke at length about value investing and its tenets. The event was free to members and $25 to non-members.
