On the afternoon of Wednesday, March 23, CFA welcomed Tom Barkin, President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, at Richmond's Commonwealth Club. The event ran between 11:30 and 1:00 pm. The presentation, providing an economic update, was free to members and $25 to non-members.
